Projects


The Magnetism of Nanostructures (MAGNA) research group has participated in more than 35 R+D projects funded by public calls, both national and international -projects mainly funded by the European Union, and some of them in collaboration with companies.

PATENTS

Members of the MAGNA group hold different patents related to their research projects, and they have taken part in the creation of three technological companies: NanoScale Biomagnetics -Spin off of the University of Zaragoza, since 2008-; Nanoimmunotech -Spin off of the University of Zaragoza and University of Vigo, since 2009-; and Graphene Nanotech -EBT linked to the University of Zaragoza and CSIC, since 2014.

Furthermore, they have led the start-up of the Advanced Microscopy Laboratory as Singular Scientific Technical Installation (ICTS).
